QS(Quacquarelli Symonds)는 전 세계 대학을 대상으로 순위를 매기는 영국의 대학 평가 기관으로 매년 전세계 대학을 평가해 이 중 800여 개 대학 순위를 발표합니다. 다음은 QS가 선정한, 2019 세계대학 랭킹 50위 목록입니다.
QS가 선정한 세계대학 톱50에는 미국이 19개 대학으로 가장 많았고, 50위 내에서 한국대로는 서울대와 카이스트가 올랐으며, 각각36위와 40위를 차지하였습니다. 1위는 7년 연속의 MIT입니다.
